Spacious furnished double room in a three storey house on a Quiet road off carlton main road. The room is on the middle floor and the tenant will have the family size bathroom to themselves as we have an en-suite. There is a Tesco express a 10 min walk away with the bus route on the main road, taking less than 5 minutes to reach the city centre. Even if you walk into town it only takes 15 min. There are routes to most places in nottingham available from the house. We also have 2 car spaces right outside the house so there will be one spare space for the tenant. Good size living room and kitchen with designated space for room mates food. We have a dog that is nearly 18 months old, she stays on the bottom floor and sleeps downstairs so isn't any trouble.
