I have a double room to rent in a 2 bed house on The Victoria Embankment in Nottingham, just on the edge of the City Centre.

It takes 12 minutes to walk to the train station, and is extremely convenient for the City Centre, Trent Bridge, West Bridgford, public transport and road links.

The house is fairly modern, it has a compact, fully equipped kitchen, with fridge-freezer, microwave, electric cooker and washing machine. There is a modern living room with fast wireless broadband. Upstairs there is a bathroom and a single and a double bedroom.

The house, and bedroom are fully furnished, the beds are a very comfortable futon. There is built in wardrobes, draws and a desk. The double room is on the back of the house, and is bright and cheerful.

There is a car parking space at the front of the house which you can use. There is also a patio and small garden – which catch the morning rays.

I am looking for a tidy professionals. The boiler has recently been serviced and there is a landlords 5 year electrical licence on the house.

Rent is £350 pcm fully inclusive for the double room.
