We have a lovely, large, furnished double room available on the upper floor. The room is lovely and bright with windows to the South and East.

Enclosed garden to the rear with decking area, outdoor seats and a line to hang washing. It's a lovely, private sun-trap in Summer.

The entire house is centrally heated and double glazed. with on demand heating.

5 minutes from New College Nottingham.

There are no check in/out or application fees but we do carry out credit and affordability referencing on all residents for your and for our security. A holding fee equal to 1 week's rent will be taken on application and contribute towards the security deposit on move-in.

This house-share is not suitable for students or couples - working professionals. Single occupancy only.
