There is a double room to let in a lovely, clean apartment in City Heights, Mapperley due to my current housemate relocating back to the North. The apartment is within walking distance of Mapperley Top, with easy access into the City Centre.

I am hoping to resign the contract with somebody else as, ideally, I don't want to move. You would be sharing with me, a 27 year old female primary school teacher and I am hoping to share with somebody who is likeminded and of a similar age (male or female).

The main bonus of the property is that you get your own bathroom! There is a large open living area, with a piano which has been loaned to me from the school I work in. The area is very safe and there is one parking space allocated to the flat plus plenty of parking for a second car and any guests/visitors. The main area of the flat is currently furnished, although the bedroom comes unfurnished (however my current housemate is considering leaving some of the furniture behind, if it is wanted).
