Hi, I'm a student studying abroad for the spring semester 2013, my room will be available from jan/feb 2013.
It's £77 per week (inc. water bill) and is situated on Rothesay avenue, just off Derby Road. 20 minutes walk to QMC/Jubilee, 30 mins to University campus and 15mins to the city centre. The house is shared with 2 other students (male) and is a really nice house with a great landlord.
