A lovely good size Double bedroom in a shared house in the heart of Nottingham city centre (NG1). Shared bathroom with shower, kitchen with all white goods, and good size back garden. It's very close to local shops (2 minutes to Tesco Metro and Victoria Centre). All local services are within a few minutes' walk.
I am easy-going, enjoy going out for coffee or equally staying in with a movie! I love sport and keeping fit (enjoy playing badminton or going to the gym!), and I like cooking (you may get lucky sometimes!). I have travelled to quite a few places and love to even go to different places in the UK. I am looking for someone relatively similar to me, pretty tidy, down to earth and up for a laugh!
All BILLS INCLUDED, the rent is £95/week (students) or £100/week (professionals). It's all inclusive, so you do not pay anything for the electricity, gas, water, internet or council tax.
