Hi Everyone,

I'm a very bubbly and friendly person, who generally gets on with everyone. I'm currently studying the LPC training at Nottingham Trent University.

I will have a fully furnished double bedroom available from the end of February in my two bedroom two bathroom apartment.

The apartment is in Mapperley which is a 15 minute bus ride from the city, the bus stop is just over the road from the apartment and the bus stop going from uni is just around the corner from Nottingham Trent University.

The rent is £110 per week, including, water, gas, electric, sky tv and internet and there is also a washing machine in the apartment.
The apartments are all privately owned and I am the only student in residence, so for those students who need to get on with their studies its ideal. A parking space is also included if you need one.

As I am a student I am not required to pay council tax, however if someone is to move in who is not a student the council tax payable is not included in the rent.

As well as being a short distance from the city, the apartment is also a 5 minute bus ride to both Mapperley Top, which has some shops cafes and pubs, and Arnold, where there is an ASDA and some larger shops.

The lease is for a short period as I will be leaving the apartment in June when I finish my studies so it could be ideal for other students or professionals who will be spending a short period of time working in Nottingham.
