Final Housemate needed for 2013-14 academic year

We're a group of friendly students who have a spare room as one of our current house mates is returning to Germany and we love the house too much to move. It's a really good house especially for the price and on top of that we're getting free Internet through DSA reimbursement and water bills are all paid for. It's a great location - less than 4 houses down from Sainsbury's and less than 10 mins cycle ride away from Notts Uni as well as being practically the epicenter of the Lenton social scene.
