Following the return to Spain of two students on the Trent exchange scheme, we have a single and double room available in a 3 bedroom, recently refurbished, fully furnished student house, within the heart of the student area, with supermarkets and fast food outlets close by. There is one student in residence at the moment, 1 female on her final year at UoN. (she has been with us for 3 years). Separate communal living room and fully fitted kitchen, with Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, washing machine and all cooking utensils. Bathroom with shower. It is just a short, 5 minute walk to Nottingham University Jubilee Campus and the free Uni hopper bus that runs every 15 minutes. It is just a few minutes to the buses to the City, only a short walk away. Wifi is included, together with TV in the lounge.

Please note: This is a small, friendly, quiet house, not a party house! So, if you are looking for serious study this year, this is ideal.
