All rooms are furnished and in the Hyson Green area – Unipol accredited Student Accommodation. It’s a four bedroomed house situated closely to the trams which is only a couple of minutes walk from the house, and around 10 minutes or so walk from Nottingham Trent University; easy access to Nottingham City Centre.

Room 2 – 3.6m x 3.85m

Room 4 – 3.6m x 3.85

It is also not far away from ASDA, and only a few minutes away from Sainsburys Local. There are lots of other shops and takeaways on the next street.

It has a dining room and a separate lounge... lovely bathroom. Broadband internet access in all bedrooms. Great kitchen - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave...

Fully double glazed. Back yard great for BBQs. This is a non-smoking house.

The rent for the double rooms are £85.38 per week [£370.00 per calendar month] and the single room £69.23 per week [£300.00 per calendar month] which includes water rates - free internet access
