The House
The house has two reception rooms. Large kitchen / diner with washing machine, dishwasher, range cooker, fridge freezer & microwave.

The bathroom is a good size and has a very good over bath shower.
House has full central heating and double glazing.
Outside there is a small, sun trap yard at the back of the house for clothes drying and chilling out. Clean, dry cellar for storage.

Top Floor Room - Double £330pcm:
The room is on the second floor. It is a good size and has double bed. The furnishing in the room consists of chest of drawers, bedside unit, wardrobe, bookshelves, desk, chair, bedside lights etc. It is spacious enough to study / relax in.

Location:
Forest fields, 6 minute walk to tram. Regular buses into town. A great location for Nottingham Trent University and the City Centre. Very near Open University, and Clarendon College, easy distance to Victoria bus station (5 minutes on the bus, 10 minutes cycling). The L12 runs directly to the Uni campus from the bottom of the road.

On street, no permit needed, parking.

The house is near to a variety of shops. Asda is a few minutes walk, and there are a variety of local shops, post office, cafes, green grocers and take away food outlets within 2 minutes walk.

Who I am looking for:
I am looking for a friendly, professional person or mature student that is independent and will tidy up after themselves.

I am sorry but I have a coffee allergy and prefer if there is no coffee consumed in the communal areas.

About me
I am a friendly person. I have a cat. I sing in a community choir, teach English as foreign language and write. I am much more of an owl than a lark. I do come in at all hours, but not making lots of noise. There are families living either side with young children. My house is a clean and relatively tidy, a relaxing environment.

The other housemate is female and works shifts.
