Apartment has 2 private gardens and gated driveway. Victorian features throughout. Shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room and lounge with log fire.

Current tenants are health professionals working locally, working a variety of shift patterns including nights and weekends. We love live gigs, photography, the odd night out when our off duty allows, relaxing at home doing a spot of baking, which of course we love each other to test. We both like trying new activities so would love a new housemate to become a good friend and embark with us.

Looking for someone with similar interests and appreciative of our working hours. Current tenant moving to Australia in October. New tenant can move in anytime between 13th August and beginning of October. Tenant contract to finish 13th August 2014, may be opportunity for a continued contract depending on all our individual circumstances nearer the time.
