Rooms are available in NG8. One room is immediately available; other rooms will be available in September 2013. Rooms are available for viewings. Rent is negotiable, some bills are included and some are not; other bills which are not included will be divided among the householders. Rooms are available for adult students only for age 21 and above. Smoking and alcohol is not allowed to consume on the premises, no late night parties and no disturbance for the housemates and for the neighbours. Cleanliness of the house will be strictly monitored. For British nationals a valid ID is needed and for foreign nationals a valid ID for example an original valid passport with valid visa is required.
