I'm looking for a flatmate that has similar interests to me. I am a sociable guy and regularly have friends and family over the month. I like to go out at weekends and will generally have friends over. I need to be able to communicate effectively with my new flatmate, so you must have the ability to speak fluent English if you are not from the UK. Whilst I'm not a 'clean freak', I think that its only fair that you pickup and cleanup after ourselves.

Double bedroom in a city centre apartment just behind the Victoria Centre. The room features built in wardrobes and large windows. The apartment is in a new build and features a modern bathroom with open plan kitchen and living room.
Rental is £400 pcm including bills: electric, council tax, water, Talk Talk (wireless broadband) and TV License.

The room is unfurnished, you will need to bring all the furniture you require

The building has secure parking but the landlord charges an additional £60 a month for a space.
