Sunny room in well loved home.

I have a sunny double room available in my house in the Forest fields area of Nottingham.
It is a quiet but friendly household, both of us work full time in demanding roles. I'm a college lecturer and my partner is a business analyst.
He is currently renovating a boat (to eventually live on!) so nearer the Spring time will be spending more time there, especially on weekends. I on occasion will stay there too on the weekend.
The house would suit a like minded individual who is looking for somewhere they can relax and call home and be interested in occasionally having dinner, watching a film, share a bottle of wine together and have a natter.

I have listed that there are smokers however I would like to add that there is no smoking in the house. There is space in the backyard for this.

The room is furnished. This includes: Double bed, chest of drawers, wall mounted shelving, large desk, chair and wardrobe. I am flexible however, so if you have some of your own furniture then I am happy to remove it. Happy for you to personalise the room (within reason).

There is high speed Wifi and good communal areas for dining and relaxing along with plenty of own storage space in the kitchen and allocated cabinet in the bathroom.

Outside you have free on street parking and a rear yard to sit out in summer months.

As an area it has excellent transport links nearby including the NET tram and NCT buses. There is good access to the M1 from here too (15 minute drive away). It takes about 20 - 30 min walk into the city centre.

Nearby there are also plenty of good local shops including supermarkets(ASDA, Lidl)all within walking distance. Other amenities nearby include leisure centre with lovely pool and gym, Forest recreation ground, the Arboretum and Sherwood high st.

There are also 2 cats living with us too, they have own access outside so they're not under your feet all the time.

Rent per calendar month includes all bills. Monday to Friday renters also considered and price adjusted accordingly.
