Three housemates are already signed up: Mat- A 3rd year architecture student, Liss- A 3rd year student of politics and Petra- A 4th year student on a counselling course. Petra has lived at the property for a year already, (feel free to ask her any questions about the property through me), and Mat and Liss will be joining her for the next academic year.

This house is available from 1st July 2014. No references are required and tenants are not credit checked. However a guarantor is required. The guarantor, (normally a family member or close friend), must own property and pass a credit check.

Rooms are available on an individual basis, or a pair.
