One double room available in two bedroom house.
House is warm and friendly, long term tenant moving out.
Fully shared and furnished kitchen/dining room, living room and bathroom,
lots of 50s looking artwork about the house.
I work weekdays and most weekends am out gigging/touring. I also work from home some evenings so would suit someone happy to be independent and to come and go as they please.
Bedroom's been decked out in purple and pastels by last tenants so would more suit a girl but is open to all. Desk, bed, in built closet and bedside & chest of drawers all provided - to be used/not used as needed.
£290 covers all bills except telephone and there's no TV in the house but that can change if needs be. Contracts negotiable but preferably 6 months min.
