Room in friendly family home

We are looking for a new lodger to join our welcoming family home. The single room is available from the start of August and would be suitable for an undergraduate, postgraduate or working person. It is south-facing, overlooks the garden and has a sink. There is a lively, relaxed atmosphere in the house (especially when the grown-up children are back!) and we have a large social kitchen, as well as a garden and lounge for communal living. It is self-catering and you are welcome to use our kitchen equipment. The location is well situated for the city centre, university and local amenities. There is the possibility of on-street parking if required and garage space for a bicycle.
