Hey, we're currently looking for an easy-going person to replace our international housemate who is going home. The house is on Rolleston Drive in Lenton, a couple of roads up from Sainsburys Local, and has 1 main bathroom (but the house does have 3 toilets and 2 showers in total), living room/kitchen communal area, a basement that is used as a second living room, patio area at the back of the house, and an annex (with a home gym). We have a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. Rent is £77 per week bills not included, but they're generally pretty cheap.
