I am currently looking for a new flatmate (my current flatmate sadly is set to leave at the beginning of February to be closer to where he works).
The flat is in a fantastic central location (5 mins walk from the station and 5 mins Victoria centre, and there are a ton of shops and bars nearby).
The room on offer is spacious and comes with it's own bathroom with a shower/bath.
I'm looking for a sociable and outgoing person to live with me who is partial to the odd drink, good music and enjoys a night out. Ideally a new mate, not someone to cohabit with.
The flat is modern, fitted with new appliances (including a dishwasher) and has a 32" TV in the living area.
