We are a group of 7 students (6 guys, 1 girl) looking for someone to stay in one of our rooms during Autumn term 2014/15 whilst one of us is away. The property itself is a comfortable 7-room house and is conveniently located in Lenton, between University Park campus and Nottingham city centre.
This area is the heart of student accommodation outside of the University of Nottingham itself. The house includes a large kitchen with a cosy living room and a garden. We would also need to meet the prospective tenant before they move in.
