My name is Karla and I currently live in an apartment in Nottingham city center (NG1 1GH). It is a 2x double bedroom furnished apartment on the top floor with a huge balcony and view of the city.
My current housemate is moving out at the end of July, therefore I am in search for a replacement housemate from the 28th of July. Rent for the room is 400/month + council tax + bills = typically 520ish per month total.
A deposit of 600 pounds will be required to secure the room as this is managed by premier city lets in Nottingham.
I am an IT consultant working professional, seeking a clean/tidy housemate working professional with a good sence of humour. Preferrably aged between 28-38.
