I am looking for a young professional to move into my 2 bedroom duplex apartment. It is situated 5 minutes walk away from the city centre. It's a duplex apartment on the top floor of an apartment block. Large lounge area with 2 sofas flat screen TV, SKY and broadband. Large dining area with an open planned kitchen with all ammenities inc dishwasher/washing machine. Large balcony covering the length of the the apartment. 2nd Floor there are 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The room to let is a large room unfurnished able to fit a double bed, chest of drawers etc. Seperate bath/shower. I work in recruitment so I work monday-friday normal working hours. Looking for an easy going flatmate who enjoys chilling, gym, glass of wine but also their own space.
