This spacious house is fully double glazed and has gas central heating.
All bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers desk and chair.
The kitchen has a gas cooker, combination microwave, a larder fridge, a fridge freezer and a washer machine and tumble dryer.
The living room has 3 black leather sofas and a TV.
There are shower rooms on the first floor and the ground floor, both recently refurbished.
Gloucester Avenue is just off Derby Road with parking for one vehicle at the side of the house(currently unused). The house is close to a main bus route betwen Nottingham and Derby and within easy walking or cycling distance of Nottingham University or Nottingham Trent University.
