Penthouse Apartment in The Park

Fantastic room to let in this apartment in The Park. I am looking for someone suitability a professional but students welcome too. There is a double room. Shared living room with private balcony and communal balcony. Very quiet area and close to the city. Parking is available on the street for £25 and you get a key for the bollards to enter the park. The rent includes bills.

I am a serious person during the week because of my job but I'm a party animal on weekends. I respect people's privacy too I'm looking for someone similar with a fun out look. When I'm not pretending to play the piano I'm usually away with friends.
