I've just moved into a lovely flat in the picture works. I'm looking for someone to share it with me, as it's quite a lot of space just for me!
It's a 2 bed, 2 bath place right opposite the station in a lovely block of flats. There's also a gym in the building. The rent is £365 a month plus bills, so I recon with council tax, tv license, broadband, water & electric it'll be about £450 all in.
Im a 25 year old young professional working in marketing. I'm new to the city, but some of my closest friends live here. It would be great to have someone fun who would be up for joining us on a Saturday night.
