Room available - 20 minutes walk from city centre

The Bedroom:
I am renting out a fully furnished double room (13ft 4in x 7ft 8in) (4. 06m x 2. 34m). The room includes a bed, desk, chair, bedside table, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The House:
I live in a recently decorated two-bedroom terraced house in a quiet residential location in East Nottingham. It’s a 15-20 minute walk from the Old Market Square or Nottingham Railway Station, and a 20-25 minute walk from the NTU City Site. There are also regular buses into the city centre if you don’t want to walk or cycle. The house is on quite a wide street so there is plenty of space to park a car outside. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs there is a lounge and an integrated kitchen/dining area. There is also a small garden at the back of the house.

The Rent:
The rent is £250 per month and includes all bills apart from council tax.

About Me:
I’m a 26 year old PhD student. When I’m not working on my thesis I enjoy watching television, playing sports, and a drink at the pub. I’m looking to share the house with a postgraduate student or young professional who’s relatively clean and tidy.
