We're a group of 3 girls and 3 boys at the University of Nottingham (all going into 3rd year, studying a variety of courses) looking for a 7th housemate to join us. We're clean, friendly and sociable.
Our house is spacious and nice, situated on Church Avenue off Lenton Boulevard, and is £85 per week, with bills at £40 a month.
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher as well as a large oven and a microwave. There are three bathrooms, each with a shower.
The room is available from September 1st. We have more photos we can show you if you're interested.
