Lovely room to rent in Lace Market area

I have a lovely double bedroom to rent in the Lace Market area of Nottingham (basically opposite Capital Arena)

The room has a king size bed, bedside table, mirror and triple wardrobe. You'll have your own bathroom (the master), it doesn't have a shower but if you ask then the landlord would probably be happy for you to add a shower head to the bath (£30 from asda!)

There's a great sized lounge with two sofas and I'm getting a table and chairs for it too!

We then have a separate kitchen which is a really good size and I already have most of the kitchen stuff you'll need :)

I'm happy to live with a guy or girl, I love to cook so you'll probably get fat with me! I like to go out (but I don't make loads of noise at silly o'clock in the morning), I go to the gym and I'm pretty sociable, tidy and laid back.

Including council tax, bills work out at around £150pm
