My current flatmate is moving out of our flat, and I am looking for a new flatmate.
The flat is ideally located on the edge of The Park in Nottingham. It is a 5 min walk from a local Sainsbury and 7/8 min walk to the city center and the Tram.
The flat itself is absolutely massive, and is a duplex. There are two large double bedrooms and an even larger living room. The kitchen is fully fitted with electronic equipment (Oven, grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine …). The flat is also fitted with a Gas Heating system to keep warm during cold winter month.

The Room for rent is about 25 square meter and has it own ensuite bathroom. The room is located on the top floor while the rest of the flat (inc. my room) is on the first floor. It is a very cosy and private room.

The rent is managed by FHP Living and a contract and financial check will be carried out by the letting agency.
The rent is only £450 + Charges per person, and it will be available by the end of Octobre (can be flexible).
I am happy to welcome couples, the flat is big enough to host three people easily. In that case, the flat rent (£900) and charges will be divided by 3. The rent included Parking Spaces for the tenants.

It is a wonderful flat, that will make you feel very good.
