I'm essentially renting out my whole flat. The bedroom available for living in is the master with en suite. I have to move away for a year for work but I just want to rent one room so I can use the other for storage and not have to move my stuff to the other end of the country just for a year! I may occasionally stay in the spare room (likely less than once a month) but I would let you know in advance.
