Double-room availible in Lenton, living with 4, male, University of Nottingham students. The room is quite big, quiet street, close to Sainsburys, 10 minute walk to main campus, 5 minutes to Jubilee campus.
The house has 2 bathrooms, a living room, well-furnished kitchen, and good-sized garden. I'm leaving uni so my room is availible from now, I've paid the rent for August and September, your first bill would be due in October.
Rent is £76, plus bills on top of that, everything like Internet has been organised. The students, are friendly, not loud or the going out types, and tidy.
