King room available - Wollaton Park near QMC

Hi, I'm looking for a female housemate for a large furnished room.

The house is located within 10 mins walk of QMC bus stop, University of Nottingham Jubilee campus and University Park Campus. We're also walking distance to Wollaton Park, a Co-Op, post office, sundry store, Rose & Crown pub and a couple of fast food shops. The location is also suitable for easy access to the ring road, A52 to Derby/M1 and city centre (which is a 5 min drive or a 10 min bus).

The room has a king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, bookshelf, desk and chair. The living room, bathroom and kitchen are shared. There's off street parking, washing machine, tumble dryer and a garden. We're also on unlimited wireless broadband internet. There would only be 2 people sharing a bathroom (you plus my other housemate) as I have another bathroom upstairs.

Currently there are three of us, who enjoy the occasional games night, a movie or meal out and generally chilling out on the sofa chatting and watching telly. The ideal housemate would be one who's friendly, reasonably clean/tidy and easy going. :)

We also have a 10 month old kitten, who is super cuddly and friendly. He's litter trained and likes to be with people.

P/S: bills are split equally and based on our actual consumption. For budgeting purposes based on last year's usage it works out at no more than £50 per person per month in winter and £39pppm in summer. We've since installed solid wall insulation and a thermostat controller so we expect the bills to be lower.

Council tax is about £38pppm.
