Four bedroomed detached house in Mapperley on a quiet residential road and in a friendly neighbourhood. With on street parking, it is close to local amenities and a short walk to shops and restaurants at Mapperley Top. There is a bus stop close by with a 15 minutes bus ride into town.

The spacious available bedroom has wooden flooring and original fire places together with storage facilities and bright double window aspect.

The modern bathroom is very spacious with a wet room and a free standing bath. There are also three separate WC's.

As well as two large shared, communal living rooms there is a modern kitchen diner with integrated fridge freezer and a free standing fridge. The cooker has a gas hob and a double oven. There is a utility room with access to washer/dryer machine . There are gardens to the front and back.
