Large double room near Jubilee Campus

I'm finding a replacement for my room near Jubilee campus.

The house is in the Wollaton Rd and opposite the entrance of Jubilee. Less than five minutes to arrive the exchange building. There is the 28 and 31 line bus stop in front of the house. It is convenient to go to the city centre, and it takes 5 minutes to Lidl where you can buy foods and general staffs conveniently.

My room has a double bed (mattress is new), a wardrobe, a bookshelf and really huge desks.

There are 3 bedrooms in the house. Upstairs has two bedrooms, a large store room and a bathroom with toilet and shower; downstairs has one large double room (my room), living room, kitchen and a bathroom with toilet and bath.

Two business school postgraduate students are living in the upstairs. They are friendly, tidy and quiet. I hope to find a student who loves tidy and quiet.

Facilities include Wifi, Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Gas Hobs, 24 hours hot water and central system heater. The house has two gardens, and the fore one can be used to park.

The rent is 70 pounds per week. It includes all the bill. I have signed a one year contract until 13, September, 2015. The rent should be paid by every 3 months. The deposit is 350 pounds. I'll consider to pay part of the deposit for my replacement.
