Good size double room available to rent from now until the end of July 2015. Sharing with 4 other girls - leaving Nottingham due to University course, no problems with the house/housemates.
The property is leased by Tomlinson's Estates and is on Dunlop Avenue in Lenton. Walking distance to Jubilee (10 minutes) and Main Campus (20 minutes). Sainsburys local and Thandi Convenience Store are both less than 5 minutes away.
TV License and Internet paid for entire year. Only gas/electric and Water bills payable. Free parking available.
Ideally looking for a friendly, female student to take the room from December/January. My housemates are all Uni of Nottingham Students studying History and Languages. They are very sociable and active people and I would ideally like to lease the room to someone who will fit in well with this dynamic.
Would consider non-students.
Room is fully furnished and there are two bathrooms and an additional toilet.
