The flat is in a beautifully restored old lace factory. It has a sunny and very large living room/kitchen (all new: hobs, washing machine, dish washer, oven; large living with a comfy couch, two armchairs, and a dining table that can be expanded to fit eight+ people).

The bedroom is large, with double bed and two wardrobes. There is space for a (big) desk and a tallboy (as you can see in the pic). Old-style wooden parquet in the common space, (new) carpet in the room. The bathroom is new, no mould around.

All this for GBP 397. 5 plus Council Tax and bills (for CT, consider around GBP 100, for the bills not more than 50 pcm all included). The flat is located in the heart of the city centre, 5-10 mins far from all the main transports (Broadmarsh bus station, train station, bus stops), shopping centres (Victoria and Broadmarsh), bars, cinemas, pubs, clubs. I've lived here for two years, and, trust me, it's fantastic!
