Double room in Lenton end of March-July!

Hi there! The room up for sublease (my current room) is on the bottom floor of a charming two story house in Lenton, only five minutes away from Sainsbury's, Tesco, and the bus station to Uni Park campus/town. Campus is about a thirty minute walk and city centre is about a fifteen minute walk, if you'd prefer to get some exercise! Jubilee is about a ten-fifteen minute walk, as well. The house has two bathrooms, the nicest and brightest living room you could imagine, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen. There's a space for parking and it's on a very quiet, residential street. We also have a garage and a garden. It's a great house and I'm sad to be leaving it!

This lease will start on March 26th (or whenever you want to move in after that date) and lasts through July 31st. I WILL PAY OUT OF POCKET TO BRING THE RENTAL PRICE DOWN FOR YOU! Rent is typically £95 a week, so we can negotiate the price down to something more affordable. In addition, because I'm moving back to the US, you can have literally everything I leave behind (lamps, desk, storage, hangers, etc.), as I certainly won't be able to take it back with me!

The house is shared with three lovely girls (two from England, one from Canada) between the ages of 22 and 24. They are the absolute sweetest, most polite, and most friendly girls you could ever meet, and I'm going to be jealous of whomever takes my place! You are more than welcome to come meet them and visit the house before you agree to move in. I will also send pictures of the room upon request.
