All bills and council tax are included in this - also there is 50mb Virgin broadband and sky sports TV.
About myself - I am a 23 year old male young professional. Easy to get along with and tidy.
The property has two large reception rooms, large bathroom and kitchen, double glazing and gas central heating.
The room is unfurnished.
