Hello!
I'm going on my semester abroad, and I need someone to replace me in the housing contract! The contract lasts till 31st of July.
The other housemates are all lovely people from the University of Nottingham studying Mechanical Engineering, Computers Science and Maths (but they are really fun people to hang out with)
The room is a ground floor room. The deposit is waived, as I have already paid for it and it would be less of a hassle to find a new housemate.
I am willing to negotiate price down to find a new housemate!
Uni of Nottingham is around 25 minutes walk, or a 5-10 minute bus ride. Sainsburys and Tescos are just by the corner, and the city centre is only 15 minutes walk away!
