I am in the process of buying a 4 bed property in Beeston for 2015 onwards. Two rooms are already filled by myself and a friend. We are both undergraduates at Uni of Nottingham and are easy-going, friendly and tidy! Bills will be split equally and will include cleaning which is always a good thing.
