Hi,
Looking for a flatmate! There are 3 of us living here at the moment, all professionals-working Monday-Friday. Two of us are occupational therapists working down the road in the Queens Medical Centre and one of us is a teacher. We are all easy going, friendly and enjoy socialising. We keep it fairly chilled during the week but enjoy going out at the weekend and having friends over. We are looking for a likeminded person to move in.
The electricity and gas is 130 month, virgin is 40 a month and council tax is 148 a month (all of which will be split 4 ways-which is 79 a month.
Water charges are around 120 quarterly, so 30 quid each every 3-4 months.
The apartment is spacious, has two bathrooms and all mod cons. Large plasma screen tv, washing machine, dishwasher-although we don't tend to use it. There is private parking which is barrier protected , tenants have a key fob to get in.
The room has a double bed, no mattress on bed because the last person brought their own and took it with them. It also has a sink and drawers in it.
