Large en-suite double room in sunny flat

Hello,

I'm renting out my big double room for 4 months (with the possibility to extend until March 2017). It's furnished with a small chest of drawers, desk, kingsize bed with brand new mattress, and clothes rail. It has an en suite with toilet, sink and shower. It is bright and sunny in the mornings, while the living area is sunny in the afternoons. We have lots of windows and natural light.

The flat is warm, comfortable and relaxed. There's an open plan kitchen / living area which we generally use in the evenings and weekends. You'd be staying with my friend Sarah who's doing a PhD. We're both very chilled out, friendly people.

The flat has a parking space which you could use. It's a 2 minute walk from a Tesco Express and the bus stop into town, and a 10 minute walk from Lidl. Buses go into the city every 2-10mins (depending on the time of day), or its a 30 min walk straight into town. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to Sherwood shops too.

Viewings on 8th September, and the room is available from 12th September.
