Double room in a lovely & homely house

A very lovely, cosy, homely house available in Sneinton, Nottingham. Very close to the city centre - 15 min walk to centre with regular bus links just at the end of the street. There is on street parking available outside the house.

House consists of living room, separate dining room, galley kitchen, bathroom, 2 double bed rooms. Outside patio area for hanging out clothes, or smoking if you like. The house is very bright and spacious in the day, with lots of natural light flooding in. Plenty of storage space - full length cupboard under the stairs & large original inset draws and cupboards in the dining room.

The room is a reasonably sized double, however if you would like the very spacious large double you can for £450/month.

It is just me, Emma, who is in the house. I am very relaxed & down to earth. Like to cook, have a glass of wine and watch tv in the evenings after work. Looking for a female housemate of similar age to enjoy evenings with in the house & possibly a drink down the local. Open and welcoming to partners/friends visiting any time.
