Warm and spacious room in a Victorian terrace and situated in Lenton, within a close proximity to the university. The room has a large cupboard and space under the bed for clothes and storage, a desk and chair and a nice view facing into the back garden, not with no other properties, giving the room a quiet and secluded atmosphere + New, comfortable double bed. Corridors, bathrooms and communal areas are all newly furnished - we've got nice lighting and have put up prints and ornaments, giving the house a nice lived-in family feel.

Living room has comfortable sofas, TV + Sky and house has high speed Fibre-optic internet. Kitchen has a dishwasher.

Water is included in the rent, and we split on gas and electricity, meaning you wont have to organise that.

Although the rent may seem above average, bare in mind the short contract length of 19 weeks, from 15th Semester of 15/16 academic year to 23rd Jan 2016
