The flat has 2 double bedrooms, bath/shower room , large dining kitchen and light and airy living room. The flat is furnished with all of my belongings, but the room for rent is unfurnished.
I work full time in the City Centre, but am off most weekends and generally go out socialising a couple of times a week.
