Asda is a 10 minute walk. 4 minute drive.

City Centre is a 20 minute walk or short walk and bus or tram ride. Local bus goes to QMC / City Hospital / Nottingham Uni regularly.

There are families living either side and there is on street parking. No permit required.

There is also a resident cat.

There is a sunny yard out the back which is great in the summer.
