Available from 21st December.....Hello! I have a back bedroom with a double bed, side table, draws and built in wardrobe (£270) to let.
There is a cellar where some items can be stored, a downstairs bathroom, kitchen with dinning table, washer, cooker, microwave etc, shared living and sky tv/wifi.

The house is an end Victorian terrace located near the popular Gladstone Pub, a reasonable walk into the city and there is a Lidl just down the road. There is plenty of car parking available outside the property. The back garden is a small concrete yard and a shed.

There are currently 2 female professionals living in the house; myself 31yr old and another 27yr old. We will occassionaly have dinner together or go out for food/drink/ cinema etc. I'm but and out if the house before 6:45 and spend most evenings out with friends or at my boyfriends house so the house is not oftern crowded.

Looking to share with a professional or mature student.

The room would suit a short term let or Mon to Fri.....I'm happy to discuss options.
