Double Room Near City Centre & Trent Bridge!

1 double room available from 1st November. The area has great access to trent bridge, west bridgford, activities on the river bank, the city centre, station (5-10min walk to all of them)etc. It's mainly families for neighbours.
All bills included (including full virgin tv and high speed broadband).
We'd ideally like professionals who don't mind going out for a few drinks at the weekend. But we're also happy to leave people to their own space (and there's plenty of it in the house).
You will have a large bathroom to share with only one other (male housemate Shane, great lad, keeps to himself apart from movie nights when we hang out in the living room). I have an ensuite on top/third floor so my own space. The living room with widescreen tv is often free as we have tv's in rooms. Two sofas in case you want friends over or they want to crash.
The bedroom is a big double, with double sliding door wardrobe and matching ikea furniture. Parking outside the front of house.
Other facilities include a decked back garden and out-house with washing machine and dryer (great in wet/cold weather!).
