I have a beautiful double room to let in a modern, well decorated, ground floor apartment.

The room is unfurnished but does have large fitted wardrobes and would comfortable fit upto a kingsize bed.

The rest of the apartment is fully furnishee. The living room and kitchen is open plan and consists of washing machine, tumble dryer, frige/freezer and oven. The living room itself is cosy with 2 large leather sofas and a large flat screen TV. I have Sky+ which includes movie channels (would require extra £10 per month if Sports were required)

Unlimited Broadband is also available.

About me:

I am a 26 year old single female, I work as a HR professional in the Pawnbroking industy as well as part time in the evenings as a bar person. I love going out and having fun at parties and festivals in the Summer and I see my home as my sanctuary where I can unwind and relax. When I am at home I like to cook and watch TV. I have a kitten called Daisy who is a house cat but she is spotlessly clean but very playful.

I am looking for somebody who is laid back and easy going as well as being clean, tidy and respectful and most of all likes to have fun!
